By booking or purchasing any of our services or products, including permanent jewelry, teeth whitening, tooth gems, engraved jewelry, hair tinsel, and our charm bar service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment or purchase.

1. General Terms
• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive certain services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
• Prices, availability, and service offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.
• By proceeding with any service, you confirm that you do not have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could interfere with the service or cause adverse reactions.

2. Permanent Jewelry
• Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded to your wrist, ankle, or neck. All sales are final.
• If your jewelry breaks due to a defect within 7 days, we will repair it free of charge. Any breaks beyond this period or due to accidental damage, improper care, or loss will require a repair fee.
• If you need to remove your jewelry for medical reasons, please do so carefully using scissors or wire cutters. We are not responsible for providing replacements.

3. Teeth Whitening
• Our teeth whitening service is a cosmetic treatment and does not replace professional dental care. Results vary based on individual teeth conditions.
• Clients should consult with their dentist before receiving this service, especially if they have existing dental work, gum disease, or sensitive teeth.
• We are not responsible for any sensitivity or adverse reactions after the treatment.
• To achieve the best results, follow the aftercare instructions provided.

4. Tooth Gems
• Tooth gems are a temporary cosmetic enhancement and should not damage the tooth when properly applied and removed. However, we are not responsible for any unexpected dental issues.
• It is the client’s responsibility to maintain proper oral hygiene to ensure the longevity of the tooth gem.
• If a gem falls off within 7 days of application, we will reapply it once at no cost. After this period, reapplications will require an additional fee.
• Tooth gems should only be removed by a professional to avoid damage to the enamel.

5. Engraved Jewelry
• All engraved jewelry is custom-made and non-refundable once the engraving process has started.
• We are not responsible for any errors if the customer provides incorrect spelling, dates, or design details. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
• Engraved pieces are delicate and should be handled with care to prevent fading, scratches, or damage.

6. Hair Tinsel
• Hair tinsel is a temporary hair accessory that can last anywhere from several weeks, to a couple months. depending on hair type, maintenance, and lifestyle.
• We are not responsible for how long the tinsel lasts once applied. Factors such as heat styling, washing frequency, and hair texture can affect longevity.
• Hair tinsel should be treated with care—excessive brushing, heat styling, or pulling may cause it to fall out sooner.

7. Charm Bar Service
• Our charm bar allows clients to customize jewelry with charms of their choice. All charm sales are final.
• If a charm is defective upon purchase, we will replace it at no charge if notified within 2 weeks
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged charms after they leave our premises.
• Charms should be securely attached to jewelry, and we recommend checking them regularly to ensure they remain in place.
• If a charm needs reattachment, we can provide a repair service for a small fee.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
• Deposits & Cancellations: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24-hour notice.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice may result in being charged in full or losing eligibility to book future services.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

• By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are receiving a cosmetic service at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, medical complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from the services provided.
• You agree to follow all aftercare instructions to minimize risks and maintain the quality of the service or product.
